SHIPPING
F45 Store uses a variety of carrier services to deliver your order as quickly as possible and for the best price possible.
Upon entering your address details at checkout, our system will present you with the best shipping option available for your order weight and your location.
You will have a chance to review your shipping charge* and final order total prior to the completion of your order.
Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and Couriers Please.
Orders outside of Australia are shipped via Australia Post and DHL Standard.
*VAT & Customs Charges
Please note all international customs charges, taxes and VATS are not included and are payable by the receiver. F45 Store is not responsible for any additional charges, taxes and VATS incurred for shipping orders internationally.
ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed the following business day.
All orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday.
All orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next immediate business day.
Orders placed during special offers, promotional periods or periods of high order volume can be expected to take 2 – 3 days longer to be processed, however we will do our best to have them processed sooner.
ORDER TRACKING:
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and/or SMS, which will specify the carrier your order has been shipped with, along with a unique tracking number for your order.
To track your order, please use the link included in the Shipping Confirmation email and/or SMS.

DELAYS AND ISSUES WITH DELIVERY:
Please note that F45 Store is not responsible for carrier delivery schedules or postal network disruptions.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all address details provided are correct and that someone will be present during the hours of delivery to receive the delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided or for deliveries that are delivered unattended.
Should you experience delays or issues with your delivery, we recommend you directly contact the carrier listed on your Shipping Confirmation email / SMS and quote your tracking number. The carrier is best placed to resolve these issues quickly.
MISSED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES:
All orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address or not being claimed at the local or international destination will be returned to F45 Store and will incur a $10.00 AUD Return To Sender fee.
F45 Store will contact you to determine if you would like the order resent or returned to stock.
Resending Orders - You will be issued an invoice for the return to sender fee of $10.00 AUD as well as a second postage cost. Upon payment, the order will be resent.
Returning Orders To Stock - The order will be refunded, minus the $10 AUD Return To Sender fee.
REFUSED DELIVERIES:
If you refuse a shipment from F45 Store you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees or custom charges that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to F45 Store.
Upon receiving your refused delivery we will process a refund for your order, minus the aforementioned shipping charges.
DUTIES, GST, VAT OR CUSTOMS CHARGES:
The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. Any customs or import duties are charged once the delivery reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
F45 Store has no control over any charges of this nature and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
If you believe you reside in a country that may impose charges of this nature, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
HIGH RISK ORDERS:
Occasionally our system will flag an order as high risk. This can occur when a high risk connection (web proxy) is used to make the purchase, or when the country of origin of the order differs to the country of delivery.
To reduce the risk of online credit card fraud F45 Store may request additional information and identification from you to assist in confirming the legitimacy of the order.
